"Embracing the challenges of the present moment requires accepting "now" and that you can be the change, against such an obstacle, shifting from inner acceptance to fighting for justice. This involves focusing on actions within your control, reducing anxiety about the past or future, and finding purpose through conscious awareness of current experiences and positive differences as we work together for a better future.”
